Home tab – Style group
Style in ms word is the set of different formatting like font face, color, style , paragraph alignment, line spacing etc. it help us to quickly set the created style to selected paragraph in easy way.
How to Save selection as a New Quick style – Simple we have to change the formatting of selected paragraph like font size, color, etc. and change style name then click on Ok button. if you want to modify the formatting the click on modify button and select different formatting like size , style, color , line spacing, alignment etc.
Change style button contain three option namely Style Set, Colors and Fonts that help to change the style set , colors and fonts or selected paragraph.
